Tulsa Tough 2012 Volunteer Training Update
Last week I posted a message from Jim Beach, KE5URF:
Attention Hams and Sag Volunteers for the Saint Francis Tulsa Tough Granfondo!

Radio Amateurs, SAG drivers, and other potential bicycle mechanics, Saint Francis Tulsa Tough is offering you a class on basic roadside bicycle repairs next week. The class will cover the basic repairs you're likely to encounter along the road such as flats, minor drive train and brake adjustments, loose connections, etc.

The events listed in that message are over.  The one scheduled for Thursday the 24th was cancelled due to a lack of expressed interest and is redirected to Thursday, June 7, 7:00 p.m. at Lee's Bicycles, 420 E 2nd Street, Tulsa.

If you know anyone who might like to be part of the biggest bicycling festival in Oklahoma and get solid radio practice in a controlled mobile net operation, forward this to them and bring them along!

All who attend a class, please plan to volunteer at least one day at the event June 9 and/or June 10. We'll have volunteer signup forms at the classes if your friend hasn't already signed up.

See you there!

Request For Feedback

For the Bulletin to continue to be the useful tool I intend it to be, I need your feedback.  I need to know of any items that I should add, remove or change.  I will consider all suggestions.

Plus any comments about the quality or the handling of the Bulletin will be appreciated.

Please send any comments, corrections, additions, etc., to kc5zqm@cox.net.  DO NOT send them as a reply to the WA5LVT Yahoogroup, unless you want the entire group to see them before I have a chance to review them.
